I not only enjoy history (focusing on American history 1850-1900) I try to live it with some 21st century comforts on the side.  I reeanct the American Civil War, frontier army of the 1880's and I do old west persona's trying to stay as historically correct as possible.  Bannack affords me another opportunity to practice my escape from most modern comforts while learning and sharing my knowledge with others.
