Idaho Falls is a beautiful town (about 50,000 population) on the Snake River. We are about 2 hours from Jackson Hole, WY as well as West Yellowstone, MT. Easy day trips from here include the INL Breeder Reactor #1 and Craters of the Moon National Monument. Island Park, ID, is a beautiful outdoor recreation area between here and West Yellowstone.
